COATED STEEL PIPES

At SIESA (Specialized Services and Imports), we offer advanced solutions in carbon steel pipes with interior coating, designed to meet the most demanding demands of various industries. These pipes combine the strength and durability of carbon steel with superior corrosion protection, ensuring optimal performance and long life.

Our pipes are equipped with an inner coating of advanced fluoropolymers and thermoplastics, including PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PFA (perfluoroalkoxyalkane), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), ETFE (Tefzel) and PPL (polypropylene). These materials are optimized to withstand the most demanding conditions and allow the manufacture of special parts by rotational molding (PFA and Tefzel).

SIESA® coated pipes are the preferred choice for projects requiring maximum durability and environmental safety.

Types of Coated Steel Pipes

Swivel flange reel

SIESA® Swivel Flange Reel

The SIESA® LAP JOINT makes pipe connection and handling easier with its ability to rotate, allowing for precise alignment and easy installation.

Reel with fixed flanges

SIESA® Fixed Flange Reel

Pipes with fixed flanges (SLIP ON) or with a weld or threaded neck, a more economical option, withstand chemicals such as PTFE and PFA up to 250°C.
Adjustment Spool

SIESA® Adjustment Reel

A SIESA® adjusting spool can have fixed or idler flanges and is essential in piping systems, allowing length adjustments for precise connections between a circuit.

SIESA® Jacketed Reel

SIESA® Jacketed Reel

A SIESA® Jacketed Reel is an advanced industrial solution for transporting fluids at controlled temperatures, used in processes where thermal efficiency and safety are essential.

Advantages of SIESA coated pipes

  • Reduction in maintenance costs: These coated pipes significantly reduce operating costs, thanks to their resistance to corrosion and less need for frequent repairs, thus optimizing long-term profitability.
  • Guaranteed Long Durability: With a guaranteed lifespan of up to 30 years, these pipes offer a long-term solution for industrial infrastructure, minimizing the need for frequent replacements and associated costs.
  • High chemical resistance: Capable of withstanding any chemical substance in any concentration up to temperatures of 250°C, these pipes are ideal for harsh industrial environments where others could fail.
  • Accident prevention and environmental protection: The reverse die-cut flaring design forms the cold stuben, without the need to apply welding. This ensures mechanical integrity, eases installation and ensures zero leaks. In addition, it helps prevent accidents that can affect personnel, equipment and the environment.
  • Excellent cost-benefit ratio: The design and material of these pipes ensure a higher return on investment compared to traditional options, thanks to their durability, less need for maintenance and environmental protection.

The project includes A-234 body connections, A-105 fixed flanges, Class 150#, also under ANSI B16.5, all with PTFE and PFA interior coating. All material will be manufactured in accordance with ASTM F-1545, in various diameters, for use in a petrochemical complex.

What advantages do SIESA® reels have compared to steel?

Corrosion resistant, They withstand any chemical substance at any concentration up to 250°C. They require minimal maintenance costs and have a useful life of up to 30 years.

Are they safe to use?

Clear! Our manufacturing system is unique and efficient in which specialized machinery performs cold rolling to create the stub end, no more welding or manufacturing in the field that can reduce its quality, our method is carried out under the strictest quality standards in accordance with standards and specifications that ensure the best quality. ISO 9001 2015 quality system. Our products are subjected to tests that guarantee their quality and safety, in accordance with ASTM F-1545, a dielectric test is carried out at 20,000 volts.

What are our SIESA® pipes made of?

Our reels, like our coated valves and accessories, are made of a piece of carbon steel with an interior coating of fluoropolymers and thermoplastics that have the following properties:

PTFE: Polytetrafluoroethylene -20° to 500°F (-29° to 260°C)
PFA: Perfluoroalkoxyalkane -20° TO 500°F (-29° TO 260°C)
PP: Polypropylene -20° to 225°F (-29° to 107°C)
FEP: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene −20° to 300°F (−29° to 149°C)
PVDF: Polyvinylidene Fluoride 0° to 275°F (-18° to 135°C)
HDPE: High Density Polyethylene -148° TO 194°F (-100° TO 90°C)
ETFE: Tefzel, Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene -148° to 320°F (-100° to 160° C)
