We present you a real case study when making a quote for our reel systems with interior coating in fluoropolymers and thermoplastics SIESA®

Note: The pipe sold was for Hydrobromic Acid service.

Conclusions:

investment cost of the pipe with inner lining of PTFE es 4.95 times higher compared to 316 stainless steel tubing, however, considering that the useful life of the 316 stainless steel pipe is a maximum of 1 year of service and PTFE lined tubing is 30 yearsthis difference will be transformed into savings of 47,802.24 usd to the client, since he will stop changing the entire 316 stainless steel piping arrangement annually.

 *Savings could increase, since the annual inflation percentage is not being considered.
